Trying to remember name of resort & comparing 3

Hi all!

We were in MB the summer of 2006 and we drove past a pretty new resort property (mix of hotel rooms and condos) that was just south of the Forest DUnes property. It has a big drive way out front, and the main entrance is actually on the second floor. Can%26#39;t remember the name of the property, and we%26#39;d like to look into it for summer 08.

Also, in 2006, we stayed at the Sea Island, now the Island Vista, and we throughly enjoyed our stay, however, theie rates have gone up considerably, so we%26#39;re now considering other options. How would the the new tower at the Caribbean compare to the Island Vista? What about the new Duned Village Resort? ANy input would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Tonymik! That%26#39;s it! You%26#39;re an expert--would value any of your thoughts on comparing Island Vista, Southwind, new tower at Caribbean, and DUnes Resorts. We like newer, but looking for more around $200/for 1 BR unit compared to $300/night that Island Vista wants for next summer.

Based on location,ease of parking,crowding or lack of crowds and balconies(size and view)I would choose Southwind if the prices are comparable.

If price is a consideration,Forest Dunes is a good bang for the buck with great views from the 8th floor on up.Im very familiar with Forest Dunes so if you pm me I can give you better advice.
