motel

What are the nicest smaller hotels or motels in Myrtle Beach? I know there have to still be some.

For a small, budget motel that%26#39;s NOT oceanfront I always recommend the Waikiki Village Motel. It%26#39;s always in the top-ten MB hotels here on Trip Advisor. Read the reviews, they are to be believed.

Clean rooms, nice folks, save a lot of money. I%26#39;ll be staying at the Waikiki again.

Dayton House IMO is a little motel in type. They have some very reasonable rates throughout the year.

It%26#39;s clean, nice location, nice clean pools, the rooms are a little outdated in the furniture and appliances but they were still clean and working. We didn%26#39;t stay there but we were about to but had to change our reservations. We stopped by there just to see how it was anyway and it was good.

Tropical Seas, Holiday Sands South.

The Sea Horn is also a nice older smaller one.

Has anyone ever stayed at The Diplomat? We drove by there last year and it didn%26#39;t look too bad from the outside.

I stayed at the Dayton House last fall %26amp; it%26#39;s an older but very well maintained property. Rooms are definitely outdated but clean. I would stay there again.
