WE are planning a family vacation 6 adults and 6 children age 12 - 17 for the summer of 2008 - probably July because that fits our children sporting scedules.
We want to rent a beach house on the beach. Does anyone have any ideas? I have search the web and there are so many. Does anyone have a recommendation of where would be good. We are very familar with the Myrtle Beach area - we do not want to go to far north or to the surfside beach area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreaciated.

Then you for sure need to do it now, the busiest month in the entire year is July. That being said, you want to stay in Myrtle Beach -really good luck. MB beaches are very limited for beach HOUSES, you will have to go to Ocean Blvd North to find any selection. Not sure why you wouldn%26#39;t rather have more beach area, fewer high rises, meaning not as many people on beaches or traffic then right in MB, if you want north or south. Would Windy Hill section in NMB work for you? Try Elliott, Century 21 Thomas for beach rentals and good luck!
