Day trips from Hilton Head in February

Could someone suggest some day trips from Hilton Head. We will be there in February and am hoping to see other areas.

Are the golf fees reduced in February? Any info will be appreciated.

Whether you come in February or some other time, you should consider going to Savannah for a day trip. Another trip is exploring the north end of Beaufort County. the city of Beaufort is immortalized by author Pat Conroy in his books. Parris Island is where most marines become one of the few good men. the museum there is a great stop on a north end tour. There are other things you can do on a trip to Beaufort. too often people miss this opportunity.

As for golf, yes it is cheaper in Feb.

Historic downtown Charleston would be another great one! It%26#39;s a great walking city.

Great ideas, thanks. I look forward to visiting Beaufort. I was in Savannah 2 years ago for the St. Patrick%26#39;s Parade. I enjoyed it but it was so crowded. Now when I go I will have time and fewer crowds to see the beautiful city.

Make a trip to Savannah. We had a great time. Very easy drive. Take 278 west to 17 south and it will take you straight there.
