You seem to be most helpful to a lot of people going to Hilton Head!
We will be going in September with our 8-month-old. We are looking for something on the beach, newer, but a good value for the money. We would like to be near restaurants as well, if possible. We will have to schlep a good bit of ';stuff'; for the little one, so we don%26#39;t want to walk far to the beach. Ocean front or ocean view is preferable, however, we would take another view in a nice complex if it%26#39;s still walkable to the beach.
Any recommendations you have would be great!

Sea Cloisters might be a good choice, right on the ocean and mostly nice 2BR villas, nice pool, and baby pool.

In Sea Pines, I would recommend Turtle Beach Villas and Beachside Tennis Villas.
In Palmetto Dunes, I would recommend Villamare and Captain%26#39;s Walk.
Off plantation, I think Sea Crest is the best location.
The only one above that is walking distance to restaurants will be Sea Crest but you lose the charm of the plantation location.
