For downtown try Stella Nova on Society Street or Earthling on East Bay Street. I cannot recommend the one at Charleston Place.

Some of the other spas that are downtown are a bit overrated, but this one is in West Ashley which is just a 10 minute drive from downtown...and its totally worth it!!
