4 families visiting MB summer %26#39;08. Need suggestions on hotel that will be fun for kids (ages 5-16) and also fun for adults (hotel tiki bar). Any suggestions would help.
Hotel SuggestionCheck out Crescent Shores and Mar Vista Grande....Crescent Shores does not have a Tiki Bar but Molly Darcy%26#39;s Oceanfront Bar and restaurant is next door. They have an oceanfront deck with umbrellas over some of the tables. Check them out at vrbo.com in North Myrtle Beach or area NMB realtors.
Hotel SuggestionThere is a place called the Dunes VIllage in Myrtle Beach. It is a 3-star resort located kind of on the north end of the city of Myrtle Beach. It has a bar and also a waterpark. They have 2 adult sized water slides, a lazy river, a kiddie waterpark and some other water features. It is really nice. I don%26#39;t know if it is new or just newly renovated but it is really clean. Go to www.dunesvillage.com.
We have stayed at the Best Western Ocean Sands for the last two summers and LOVE it. We%26#39;ll be back next summer, for sure!

I would recommend the BW Ocean Sands to any family. It truly is a wonderful place (and has a really great Tiki Bar by the pool)!
